Тестируется. Возможны баги и прочие нехорошие вещи.
Моя попытка создать офлайновую сборку для комфортной игры на версии 4.4.1 Pegasus.
Установка:
В стиме переходим в Свойства игры Stellaris.
В бета-версиях игры откатываемся на 4.4.1 версию.
Качаем с гитхаба Irony Mod Manager.
Качаем коллекцию с облачного хранилища MEGA.
Открываем Irony Mod Manager и импортируем .zip коллекцию.
Играем.
Если вдруг порядок модов поломался, то рядом со сборкой есть .txt файл. Открыв этот файл с помощью блокнота выбираем все моды левой кнопкой мыши или же комбинацией клавиш Cntr+A и копируем их, затем в Iron mod-е, нажав правой кнопкой мыши по пустой коллекции модов, выбираем Загрузить порядок модов из буфера обмена. Далее у вас в коллекции включатся все моды по порядку, представленным в .txt файле.
Важно!
Если вы решили перенести папки модов в какую-то другую папку, то помните Iron mod очень чувствителен к названию. Не используйте на пути и в названии русский шрифт и избегайте разных скобок, подчеркиваний, тире, пробелов и так далее. Иногда бывает так, что Iron mod выводит на экране все моды и выбранные моды в коллекции модов, НО не загружает их при запуске игры - игра запускает просто без модов, т.к. название папки неправильное.
Вот пример нормального пути к папке с модами: "G:\Stellarismods\281990".

Если у вас есть предложения по добавлению новых модов или по правильному расположению модов в сборке, то пожалуйста пишите, не стесняйтесь. Коллективный разум сделает сборку гораздо лучше, чем я один.
Бонус!
Если вам хочется, чтобы ваша сборка загружалась быстрее, то с помощью Iron mod можно объединить эту сборку в один большой мод, который игра будет загружать в 1,5 раза быстрее, чем коллекцию из 200 модов.
Справа в Ирон моде, где находятся кнопки Экспорт, Импорт, Переименовать, Дублировать есть кнопка Объединить. Нажимаем на неё и выбираем режим Базовый. Ирон мод, в папке где у вас находятся ваши локальные моды, создаст копию вашей сборки в одном большом файле с приставкой Merge(объединено), который загружается значительно быстрее.
